1. How to Close/Delete Your Account

2. What Happens After Account Closure

  • Login credentials deactivated.

  • Stored data securely deleted within 30 days (except for legally required retention).

  • Alerts and notifications stop.

  • Any active subscription is automatically canceled.

3. Reopening an Account

  • Closed accounts cannot be reactivated.

  • You must create a new account with a different email address if you wish to rejoin CreditVana.
