1. Updating Account Information
Email Address:
Go to portal.creditvana.com → My Profile → Edit Email.
Enter new email → verify through confirmation link.
Phone Number:
Same steps under Edit Phone. Required for alerts & 2FA.
Password Reset:
From login page, click Forgot Password → enter email → follow reset link.
Strong passwords recommended (12+ characters, numbers, special characters).
Profile Details: Update your name, address, or date of birth under Profile Settings.
2. Login & Security Settings
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Toggle on in Account Security tab. SMS code required for login.
Trusted Devices: View and revoke previously logged-in devices.
Active Sessions: End sessions remotely if you see suspicious activity.
3. Managing Subscriptions
View Current Plan: Dashboard → Subscription → shows Free or Premium status.
Upgrade/Downgrade: Select new plan, confirm billing method. Downgrades take effect after current cycle ends.
Cancel Auto-Renewal: Disable in subscription settings to prevent future billing.
