Managing Your Privacy on CreditVana

You are always in control of your personal data. Within your account dashboard, you can:

  • Update Consent Settings – Choose what types of communications you want to receive.

  • Opt Out of Marketing – Disable promotional emails and partner offers anytime.

  • Delete Data – Request deletion of your account and all stored information in compliance with GDPR/CCPA right-to-be-forgotten.

  • Restrict Sharing – Prevent sharing of your data with affiliate partners (note: this may limit access to some personalized offers).

Steps to Update Privacy Settings

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data.

  3. Adjust your preferences and save changes.

  4. For full account deletion, click Request Data Deletion and follow the verification process.
