Billing FAQs

How much does CreditVana cost?
  1. Free Plan: Access to 1-bureau (Experian) credit report & score.
  2. Premium Plan: 3-bureau credit monitoring for $3.99/month.

How do I upgrade to Premium?
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Billing & Subscription.
  3. Select Upgrade to Premium.
  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

  • Digital wallets (if available through your provider).

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Account Settings → Billing.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription.

  4. Your Premium plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged in error, contact support@creditvana.com within 7 days for assistance.
