1. Pricing Structure

  • Free Plan:

    • $0/month

    • Basic Experian score and limited alerts

  • Premium Plan:

    • $3.99/month

    • Full credit report, daily monitoring, enhanced identity theft protection, priority support

2. Payment Methods Accepted

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)

  • Debit Cards with Visa/MasterCard logos

  • Payments processed securely via encrypted gateway

3. Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date as signup.

  • Example: Signup on March 5 → next billing date April 5.

4. Receipts & Invoices

  • Access invoices anytime from Billing History in portal.

  • Email receipts automatically sent to registered email.

5. Failed Payments

  • If payment fails:

    • You’ll get an email + in-app alert.

    • Retry up to 3 times in 7 days.

    • If still unpaid, account reverts to Free Plan.

6. Refund Policy

  • Per Terms of Use:

    • Refunds are not guaranteed.

    • Contact support@creditvana.com within 7 days of charge for review.

    • Pro-rated refunds may apply only in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical issues.
