How to Manage Alerts

  • Pause Alerts
    Temporarily disable all notifications for up to 30 days. Useful when traveling.

  • Change Alert Channels
    Switch between SMS, Email, or Push Notifications anytime.

  • Unsubscribe from Alerts
    If you no longer wish to receive certain alerts, go to Settings > Alerts and toggle them off.

Troubleshooting Alert Issues

  • Not Receiving Alerts?

    • Check your spam/junk email folder.

    • Ensure your phone has push notifications enabled.

    • Verify your phone number and email are updated in Account Settings.

  • Getting Too Many Alerts?

    • Reduce frequency by customizing your alert settings.

    • Turn off categories that aren’t essential.
