Incorrect Email or Password
Double-check your login credentials.
Passwords are case-sensitive.
If forgotten, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset.
Account Locked for Security
Too many failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account.
Wait 30 minutes before trying again or reset your password.
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you are not receiving the verification code, ensure your phone/email is active and accessible.
Check your spam/junk folder for missed emails.
If the issue persists, contact support.
Browser or App Cache
Sometimes cookies/cache prevent successful login.
Clear your cache or try logging in from another browser or device.

Enter your registered email.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
Set a new strong password and log in again.
